Our Services<\/strong><\/h3>\nDalily is an online directory that helps users discover local businesses and professionals in different categories, including restaurants, markets, healthcare providers, legal professionals, home services and digital services.\n\nBusiness owners may create, claim and manage their listings. Visitors may browse listings, search for businesses and submit reviews where available.\n\nDalily currently only provides the platform and is not a party to any booking, purchase, or transaction between users and listed businesses. This may change as new features are introduced.\n<h3 id=\"eligibility\"><strong>4. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\nBy using Dalily, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.\n\nIf you are under the age required by applicable law, you may only use Dalily with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.\n\nIf you use Dalily on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.\n<h3 id=\"accounts\"><strong>5. Business Listings<\/strong><\/h3>\nBusiness owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish.\n\nBy submitting a listing, you confirm that:\n<ul>\n \t<li>you are authorised to represent the business;<\/li>\n \t<li>all information is accurate and kept up to date;<\/li>\n \t<li>you have permission to use all uploaded images, logos and content;<\/li>\n \t<li>your listing complies with applicable laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDalily may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information or could mislead users.\n\nListings are free unless stated otherwise. Any future premium services or paid listings will be governed by separate pricing terms.\n<h3 id=\"reviews\"><strong>8. Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>\nReviews should reflect genuine personal experiences.\n\nYou must not submit reviews that are:\n<ul>\n \t<li>false or misleading;<\/li>\n \t<li>written on behalf of another person;<\/li>\n \t<li>paid for without disclosure;<\/li>\n \t<li>offensive, discriminatory or abusive;<\/li>\n \t<li>intended solely to damage a competitor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nBusiness owners may respond to reviews but may not remove legitimate reviews simply because they disagree with them.\n\nDalily may moderate, edit or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.\n<h3 id=\"availability\"><strong>9. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h3>\nYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dalily, its directors, employees and partners against claims, losses, damages, costs and legal expenses arising from:\n<ul>\n \t<li>your breach of these Terms;<\/li>\n \t<li>your content;<\/li>\n \t<li>your violation of applicable laws;<\/li>\n \t<li>your infringement of third-party rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"termination\"><strong>15. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\nDalily shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labour disputes or other force majeure events.\n<h3 id=\"changes\"><strong>18. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\nWe may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical or business changes.\n\nThe latest version will always be published on this page together with its effective date.\n\nYour continued use of Dalily after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.\n<h3 id=\"law\"><strong>19.
